When you trust me with your personal data, I take my responsibility to protect it very seriously. I respect privacy, and your rights to control your personal data. With that in mind, I want to be clear about the data we collect and why.

The prime purpose of collecting your data (such as your name, address, email and enquiry or case details) is to provide you with services offered by this website and the therapists, whether that’s using the Site to find information, to contact a professional, or for some other reason.

I do not and will not sell your data to third parties.

Disclosing your information

At times, your case will be discussed by myself or another therapist with an experienced Supervisor who will hold the information about you in complete confidence.

I reserve the right to disclose your information to a third party such as a GP in the following cases:

If it is considered there is a real possibility of harm to yourself or others or in such instances when information is of such a gravity that confidentiality cannot be maintained for example:

Safeguarding adults (adult protection)

Safeguarding children (child protection)

Offences involving children under the age of 18 

Terms

Sessions will last between 50 and 60 minutes.

Fees are invoiced in groups of 5 sessions and are payable in advance. I require 48 hours notice of change or cancellation of an appointment.
